Who we are

Horologist is published by [full name], a sole trader trading as AVDB. PickleSoft is our studio name. You can contact us at support@picklesoft.co.uk.

What the game stores

Your saved game is kept on your iPhone only. We don't receive it and can't see it.

Apple's services

• Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details.
• The league table uses Apple's Game Center. Your Game Center name and your score are shared with other players there, under Apple's privacy policy. You can turn Game Center off in your iPhone's Settings.
• Apple may share anonymous crash reports with us if you've agreed to this on your iPhone. They help us fix bugs and don't identify you.

Partner links

Some real businesses appear in the game as labelled partners. Partner links go straight to the partner's own website, which has its own privacy policy.

Our website

Our website is hosted by GitHub Pages, which keeps visitors' IP addresses in its security logs for a short time. See GitHub's privacy statement.

Children

We don't knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

As we hold no personal data about you, there's nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you email us, we use your message only to reply and delete it when the conversation is finished. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and say what changed.
